You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• How do I take care of my Tabi?

To keep your Tabi in perfect condition : Clean the sole with a brush and a bit of soap. For the leather, use a soft cloth and cold water.

Avoid machine washing and prolonged exposure to water.

• Do Tabi require a break-in period?

Yes, it usually takes 1 to 2 days for the shoe to mold perfectly to your foot and provide optimal comfort.
