Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the relationship between Balletyx (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our company") and any person making a purchase on our website (hereinafter referred to as "customer," "you"). By placing an order, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms.

2. Products and Prices

• The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible.
• Prices are displayed in € and include all applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of order.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed upon payment validation.
• We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.
• Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with purchase details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to Europe, including Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
• Free shipping is available for orders under €80 in Europe. Otherwise, shipping costs are €8.80 in Europe and €9 outside the EU.
• A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment.
• Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

5. Withdrawal and Returns

• You have 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and unused.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

6. Damaged or Lost Products

• In case of any issue upon receipt (damaged or lost package), we will initiate an investigation with the carrier before making a refund or replacement decision.

7. Liability

• We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
• The use of purchased products is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Taxes and Customs

• No customs duties or additional taxes will be applied upon delivery. You only pay the amount indicated at checkout.

9. Personal Data

• We respect the confidentiality of your data and commit to using it solely for processing your order and maintaining our business relationship.
• In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal information.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
