Terms and Conditions of Sale – Balletyx

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of online sales of products offered by Balletyx, mainly fashion items and shoes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation at the time of the order. These terms may be modified at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the order date.

3. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or suppliers.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping fees. Balletyx reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of prices and product descriptions. Balletyx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a prior dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or PayPal. Payments are secured via the Shopify platform.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made in Europe and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the products and destination: between 8 and 30 business days from order confirmation. Shipping fees are indicated during the order process. Balletyx is not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify or pay any penalties.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, within 14 days after notification. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

9. Legal Guarantees

Balletyx complies with the legal warranties of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.balletyxshop.com are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. Any full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

12. Applicable Law / Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The appointed mediation service is Médiation-Net.
